sold some goods on facebay sent goods via royal mail tracked and signed for as soon as goods sent to buyer and text sent saying goods shipped they open a dispute saiding he didnt authorise payment at first paypal sided with me so they got a chargeback now paypal say ive got no proof of delivery even though i provided tracking number and signature saying its been delivered to the address so lost money and goods and guess what buyers phone number no longer works thanks paypal cant you see hen someone has been scammed
