i sell account to a buyer. then he send me payment. after i recieved the payment i give to him my account details after that he issue refund and paypal refund the money to my account . now my balance was negative i should i do for this problem. after the buyer get my account he issue refund . 😞
I'm sorry to hear that you lost a dispute from a buyer after providing the digital goods. Please take a look at the Seller Protection policy to learn what types of transactions are eligible for protection. I regret that the sale of digital content is not one of the things that Seller Protection covers.
