I tried requesting a refund from the seller, he has scammed me and I did not receive my purchased item. I opened up a dispute which was closed within two days as an unauthorized refund. How is this possible, the guy scammed me, and he is getting away with it. Who else is he going to do this to?? And why does this not constitute an authorized refund?
