Hello everyone , i had dispute from a buyer against me , so she wanted a refund . i was ok with that,since she had to send me back the bag that she purchased. she gave a tracking number,which is stuck on 21.06.2019 and is not updating , so i wrote an email to pp support about it,because it usually takes 5 days from germany to latvia . and i received email yesterday , that they closed case in my favor . today i received another email , which says that case is closed in favor of buyer , and she got refunded. How is that possible , that they changed their mind,and how is that possible that case is closed before i received back my bag ?
