Someone bought an item I was selling on Swappa, paid with Paypal last night, then this morning immediately opened a dispute stating "someone made the order without their permission". Luckily for me, I DID NOT SHIP the item yet; I go into my Paypal account so that I can just refund this person's payment to quickly close this case, and I noticed that when I click the "I'll issue a refund to my customer and close this case" option, I noticed that the wording in the following popup says:
Again - I did not ship the item, so is this something I need to be concerned with? I don't want to turn this into some situation where I'm obligated to send the item anyways because I clicked this. Or is this some common type of scam?
