Someone who payed me on PayPal in the past is now telling me to pay him back. He got what he payed for. Why am I being billed if PayPal will only take one persons side? How come they took his report and is now trying to charge us? That is unfair judgement please help ! I wish I could speak to someone from PayPal not just a robot on the phone
