on 4th of may somebody paid me 100 usd and i gave him the service for which he paid and now he is claiming through paypal that he did not authorise this payment. now i think that his account would have been hacked by that person who paid me.. now paypal is asking me to refund all the amount. now tell me whats my fault i receieved 100 usd so i sent him the service now if his account is hacked then why paypal is asking me to pay him? and my balance has also gone negative. please help
