i had a negative balance because my buyer put a hold on the payment thinking they did not receive their package. they ended up receiving the package so they lifted the hold. my account was still in a negative balance. then, someone paid me and my balance became positive, but my negative amount was never added to the total. for example, my account was at -$1.00 and someone paid me $2.00. the total was $1.00. that means i lost a dollar. i made a dispute on paypal but this has happened multitude of times so it's hard to keep track of how much ive lost and earned. help!
