I have just sold Garmin cycling computer on Ebay. The buyer is asking me to pay via Paypal but outside Ebay? Is it safe for me? Can I use global shipping program if he pays outside Ebay? First he complained about exchange rates and asked for other payment options. I answered that I use Paypal only.
Looks confusing for me. The buyer is based in Portugal when I open the auction on PC. When yesterday checked on mobile I saw US. Today I check on PC and there is Portugal again.
