payment pending again ?

hi everyone , i sold an item on ebay,,customer says it did not arrive and requested refund so payment went to pending.. i had to supply proof of postage and and everything was resolved ,,, heard no more. then once again customer requests refund as item not arrived ,,,,so payment is pending again ? what do i do now please ?

Difficult to advise as you have not said if the buyer has opened an ebay dispute OR a paypal dispute?

Also you haven't said if tracking shows the item as delivered to the buyer or not?
