I sold an item, and shipped the wrong item. refunded his money and included money forreturn postage .I havent recieved my item back and buyer will not respond to my emails.Did I **bleep** myself by refunding him before I recieved item back. not sure what my next step needs to be. thanks

Sadly yes, you should have sent a postage label but not refunded until the item was returned.
Sadly you can't force him to send it back.
Advice is voluntary.
