is there a way to actually talk to a person in customer service?

I have been trying for two weeks to talk to an actual person in customer service. I keep getting a message "Due to covid-19 customer service is closed" and they tell me to use the online chat feature. That dosen't work because the issue I need to talk to them about is regarding a fake account made in my husband's name. He does not want to have to create an account just to discuss this, he wants to talk to someone on the phone. I'm frustrated beyond belief with this whole system, there is no way to report fraud without creating an account. What? That's riduculous.
If anyone has a number that will work or even an address we can write to I'd appreciate it. I'm ready to close my account too due to this frustration.
