i sold something to a person in the uk, the person claimed the thing i sent him was not good so i said he can send it back and i would refund.
he agreed but instead of that paypal emailed me stating he claims that his account was accessed without his authorization and paypal will not even let me reply to it as its "under review".
he is lying as i have been talking to him on email and on facebook for weeks, he bought and received the thing, i have the tracking number, emails, fb messenger conversation, it was sent to his name to his address.
i cannot find any way to contact paypal, it is just a messenger bot that is unless.
