I requested money from someone for an item I am selling and got two emails about my pending transfer. What happens if I ship the item and the receiver says they did not receive it?

Please confirm that the funds are SHOWING in your paypal balance but pending?

If they are NOT showing at all then post back as it may be a scam.

Secondly if a buyer files a dispute for non receipt of item then you would win if you provided paypal with trackable proof of delivery of the item to the buyer.

If your funds are pending due to the new seller hold then info in link below and PLEASE go and read up on paypals seller protection policy so you can see what protection you do or do not have so you can risk assess your transactions.
