I ORDERED A SMART PHONE FROM THE ALIBIBA WEBSITE    THE PHONE WAS BEING SHIPPED  FROM TURKEY  I LOGGED INTO MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT   ENTERED THE RECIEVERS EMAIL ADDRESS     CLICKED ON OPTION     BUYING A PRODUCT       THEN SENT 350 POUNDS          BUT WHEN I SENT IT        THE RECIEVER SAID  YOUR MONEY IS ON HOLD         THEN I LOOKED AT THE TRANSACTION IT SAID TRANSACTION COMPLETE       THE RECIEVER IS STILL SAYING TO ME   THE  TRANSACTION IS ON HOLD         ,  AND THEN  HE SAID CANCEL THE TRANSACTION   I SAID I CANT CANCEL    BECAUSE IT SAYS COMPLETE ON MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT       I ASKED HIM TO SCREEN SHOT THE PAGE WHERE IT SAYS TRANSACTION IS ON HOLD     AND HE  SAID NO          NOW HES SAYING TO ME I CANT LOG INTO MY PAY PAL ACCOUNT           I WANT TO ASK ANYONE    IS HE LYING WHEN HES SAYING  TO ME HE HASNT RECIEVED MY 350 POUNDS    BECAUSE ON MY SIDE ITS SAYING TRANSACTION COMPLETE        SO CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK THROUGH PAYPAL    OR IF I RING THE BANK CAN THEY STOP THE PAYMENT         IF THE PAYMENT WAS ON HOLD    WOULDNT MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT TELL ME ITS ON HOLD
