I shipped someone some car parts and the tracking info says delayed but will arrive later than expected. The buyer filed for a refund and I lost the money in paypal. As it sits I am out the money I asked for and the parts. Anyone know what should happen. I’ve sent buyer multiple apologies and tracking number pictures etc. if he accepts the parts does the money come back to me? I don’t want to be out of the parts, worst case I’d want them to ship back to me to resell. He told me in last message he shows paid on his end that’s all it shows. The money back guarantee helps return parts to the seller correct?
