Hi a ebay buyer scammed me, he false claimed that his package hasnt arrived but it wasnt on the last estimated delivery date and he paid i shipped the package and in like 10 minutes he opened a case and false claimed me i lost my money is there a way to help eBay said they wont giv me my money and the decision was "correct" for them, but he violated the rules of eBay and this is straight up nonsense scamming
