I have a dispute about a transaction and wait ebay to resolve, the buyer asked for a full refund and I offered partial refund; in the mean time i sold another item and the money is withheld because there is the ongoing dispute about the first transaction; why the money of the new transaction is withheld when the first transaction is not yet resolved?! I have offered a partial refund to the first ebayer and wait for his response, I do not have the item he bought, he keeps the money and paypal holds the money of the new transaction as well this is not fair. First the first dispute needs to be resovled and him to post my item back and then if I do not issue whatever appropriate THEN to withhold any money! Now the money of the new transaction is held and I do not have the item back on dispute!
