hello i have recently had a buyer claim that i never sent her item and that she never received her items and has opened a claim with me. in my dispute i showed the shipping and tracking details, as i sent first class with a tracking code, and the dispute went in her favour and i’ve just appealed the outcome. i’m not sure what i’ve done wrong but there’s no way paypal can favour the buyer when the issue wasn’t my fault?

The tracking status has to show the package was delivered. If not, PayPal rules for the buyer. If you see the tracking status switch to “delivered”, contact customer service to see if the decision can be overturned.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
