so there has been two claims filed on me because the buyer said that the never recieved their goods, but the did and even sent me pictures that they recieved them and now i have a negative balance on my account because of the claims. every time i receive money to my paypal the balance goes down, do i end up getting my money back or not?

Depends. Do you have proof of delivery? Shipment tracking numbers to submit to the claims to PayPal to prove items were delivered? You can also provide screen shots and messages but no guarantee that PayPal may accept it other than shipment tracking numbers. You're more likely to win Item Not Received claims if you have tracking numbers that show delivery.
