can i receive money without sending item by the rules????

i want to sell my item.

buyer asked me to pay via paypal.

but  i need to give item without shipping.

he will come to my home and take that item

so i am interesting:

can he open the case later that he did not received item or something like this??

 How can i avoid this situation?

You said he is coming to your home to collect the item?

So ask him to bring cash with him and pay at the time he collects.

If he has already paid via paypal then click on the transaction in your paypal account and use the 'refund' option at the bottom of that details page.

i guess he has some money on his PP account.

and does not want to transfer on his card because of fees.

seller pays fee,not buyer for goods and services payment.

you can ask him to ask Paypal to send him a bank check,he will cash it and bring you the money.

it is up to you,do what you like
