I sold a brand new dress with tags attached. Now, two and one half months later the buyer as contacted me and filed a claim with Paypal about this. She states that there is a big hole in the dress. Ebay states there is no valid claim, but Paypal has opened a dispute and put a hold on the sale amount in my paypal account. I am a top rated seller on ebay. I am so upset about this, since I wouldn't do something like this--list a new item, and ship one with a hole in it. Has something like this ever happened to any other seller?

It happens all the time, esp on Ebay.

It is called ITem not as described, buyer will win and return the item with tracking.

your buyer either have a case of buyer remorse,or wear it and get tired of it.

but with Paypal, she has to pay return shipping cost
