I sold a dress to a seller. buyer messaged me that i sent her the wrong size. i told buyer to send me back the dress and i will send her a new one. i even told her that i will reimburse her the shipping when she sends me back the dress.
next day she files a dispute with paypal and wanted a refund. i responded to the dispute that if she returns my dress (undamaged), i will give her a complete refund.
a few days later, i see a posting of the dress that i sold her (the wrong size) and she sold it. Now i'm completely confused. she sold the dress i sent her (which was the wrong size) and still wants a refund. right now the dispute is still being reviewed. how do / can i add this evidence that i will not give her a refund since she sold it.
please help me.
