appeal decision on resolved case

 I was paid for a watch and sent the watch instantly and now the customer has the watch and has been refunded. I sent my tracking info upon the initial case opening but still had the case go in the customers favour. I want to appeal the decision against me but each time i try to upload the tracking for the delivered goods the site does not let me and has no functionality to let me. An impossible correction

Does the tracking number show online delivery of the item to the buyer?

If so phone customer services and appeal it.
