A dispute was lodged against me by someone who sent me owed money at the beginning of the year. I was unaware of this dispute and they ruled in his favour. The situation is that he owed me x amount and payed me that through PayPal in March and now he has requested a refund claiming “the item never arrived” . The dispute was made and they ruled in his favour as I was unaware there was even a dispute.
