I recently sold an item to someone in September 2020. She keeps filing disputes with me, however, they get resolved because I submit proof of her authorized purchase and shipment. As these disputes are made, my account is on hold for weeks restricting any purchases or sales to be made. What can I do at this point? I am currently waiting for the results of the current dispute she filed.
