When I I opened this account I knew it was not an average bank acvohnt. Realizing there is a system of merchants and many offers, I am wondering why and who might be willing to be so kind? If a customer attracted a lot of people to a business, is that a reason? Maybe to insure they return? And how do you know if you have a offering(payment) to load?
