I sent a parcel to customer but it has got lost. Parcel was tracked with Hermes. I didn’t pay for insurance as it is used items and do not have original proof of purchase, therefore am not able to claim from Hermes. I have no problem in refunding the customer as it’s not her fault. However, is she able to get refund from PayPal instead of from me??
