What happens at this point ? An automatic refund ? Cancellation ? To which webhook type should I listen to if I want to get information which transaction is going to be reverted ? So that we can cancel given services for this buyer...
Thanks,
John

if your buyer files a chargeback with his cc issuer, you will be asked by Paypal to submit any evidence to support your side of the story, and pass on to his cc issuer.
the clerk at cc issuer decides who is right,if you lose, you will lose your product, the payment and pay $20 fee.
unless your buyer Is asked to return the item, else if you want it back, you have to pay him to ship it back to you.
