Hi @RD_System,
Thank you for your question! If a transaction is marked as Seller Protection Eligible, it means that, as long as all the Seller Protection guidelines are met, the transaction is protected. If a transaction were marked as ineligible, it would not be protected, even if the guidelines were met. You can see the guidelines for Seller Protection in the User Agreement, which can be found by clicking Legal at the bottom of the PayPal website.
