I am currently a victim of what you can call refund fraud I have given the digital items the buyer has requested and we have done quite a good amount of transaction but now they have done a refund for everything I have no way of contacting a human being due to every time I try to text or call paypal no one seems to exist but please what can I do They requested the refund due to persons parents wanting money back and holding my account hostage
