Ok so I use PayPal to sell puppies and obviously there will be no tracking number with that when they pick them up. My question is if I send them an invoice and get them to send me an email confirming that they recieved and picked up the puppy will that be enough to cover a dispute? Because I know PayPal makes it really really really easy for buyers to commit fraud and say they didn't receive an item when they did.
