I sold an item this past April, stating in the description that it is as pictured in the photos provided. A whole two months later, conveniently past the time when ebay removed all info about the auction, the buyer submits a complaint through PayPal, never once communicating with me. Says it wasn't as described and wants a full refund. I requested more info as to how it wasn't as described, especially noting it was two whole months after the item had been delivered. I received no information, just a notice that the bank decided in the buyer's favor. Is there anything I can do?

Sadly if it was a chargeback via the buyers bank and not a paypal dispute then we can't really advise.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
