Unauthorized withdrawal from PayPal account.

Youtube TV deducted 64.99 from my PayPal account without my permission. I didn't make any purchases, or orders. They just tookyoneu. I have a screenshot showing I made no purchases from YouTube. How do I get help to get myoney back.
