Hi, two very expensive handbags were purchased fraudulently from my website and paid for via PayPal. I printed the label directly from PayPal, added insurance and signature confirmation. The package was delivered and signed for. When I click on the tracking number, it shows delivered. However, in order to show the persons signature and that it was delivered to the confirmed address I have to log into the usps website and request the signed pdf which I did and I received. I uploaded this to the case and I faxed a copy as well. The case is still showing under review. I called and was on hold for over an hour. When I finally spoke to a representative, she said I was covered and that she could see the pdf from the post office. Why is it showing still under review and did I do the correct steps in providing PayPal with the pdf from the postal service?
