Hi everyone.
My lot on eBay was a digital 50$ xBox code, which was sold for 48$.
I sent code to buyer via eBay message immediately after transaction, with PayPal fee 2.59$.
After an hour eBay found that buyer account was hacked, and PayPal frozen money. Asked for tracking numbers etc for case investigation.
I provided everything, but final PayPal decision was to refund to seller whole transaction amount, which was done immediately.
At this point, I lost xBox code, lost money and have a debt to PayPal for 2.59$ (fee).
So what is "PayPal seller protection"? Just an ordinary joke?
P.S. Transaction ID is 7U444161M5568894B
