A buyer opened up a complaint against me saying that there was an "Unauthorized Transaction" for the purchase of one of my stamps. I auction the stamp off. The buyer paid for the stamp by PayPal, I promptly mailed him the stamp. Several days later PayPal opened up a "Unauthorized Transaction" complaint regarding the sale. I have no idea what PayPal has done but I now my PayPal account has been debited $20. I would like to know if anyone else has had this unfair penalty and what I can do to get my $20 back. I am the victim here. I lost my merchandise, my sale price and now $20 to boot. Something is not right here.
