I have no idea how to respond to this... The amount of the transaction was $14.98. They have filed a case with their financial institution for $15.56. (There was no tax charged, and the actual amount was $14.98) The amount in the Resolution Center is $347.67 MXN (?). I would be happy to refund the purchase price (or the $15.56) just to be done with this, but the $347.67 scares me.
