I've recently sold something to some one who is now saying they did not authorize payment but items have been received. I sent tracked and signed? PAYPAL have taken the funds and this is the second time its happened.
I have had the same on an ebay sale - sold a digital download code - buyer paid by paypal. Then I get an ebay message with a request for the code and I send it and the buyer messages me to say thanks that's all great. Two minutes later I get the paypal payment to me reversed and an unauthorised transaction dispute has been opened - so in effect the buyer had the goods and then was awarded a refund from paypal as they opened a case! This is fraud. Can anyone advise?
I am currently fuming over all this. My case is 4 months old and the guy on E BAY is not even registered, but I am still charged! I will go to citizens advice bureau if they do not fix this!
