Unable to send response to dispute. Dispute response

Hi

I recently sold a phone on eBay. To cut a long story short, someone’s account was hacked to buy it. I received the payment, and gave the item to the buyer when he called to collect it. However, he had hacked someone’s Ebay account to make the transaction. 

Not surprisingly the person whose account was hacked has raised a dispute with PayPal. 

I have responded, stating what happened from my end, with attached screenshots of the various emails. 

When I submit my response, I simply get thrown out of Paypal, and my response does not go through. 

I am at my wits end. If I cannot submit in 2 days they will take the money back from me. 

Why is the response not going through? Please help if you can

Please contact customer service for assistance with adding additional documentation to dispute:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.
