On 9th December there was a purchase from me, I received the payment and sent the item and in the next few days on paypal I saw that there was an open case on this transaction. On 24th December it looks like this amount of money was refunded to the purchaser without my permission and of unknown cause. The open case of this transaction closed and I still don't know why this case was opened in the first place and why there was a refund to the purchaser. I did send the item registered and put a shipping number on ebay
