There were some items today that were just added into a cart after I bought them and I suddenly found PAYPAL charging me the money, then I requested a refund from the website I bought the stuff from, then after that I found PAYPAL sending me an automatic notification of a refund and that this money is going to be refunded back into my account. Had it ever happened with anyone? Does Paypal really refund the money? what if they did not?!!
