Long story short I want to refund my buyer since he opened a case. Im okay with the case being opened. At the moment I want to refund him his money, I followed the steps to refund but everything I click confirm the site crashes. Ive done it on multiple computers and browsers. I just want my buyer to receive his money back. Ive called support but since its virus season, its closed. Ive emailed but its a bot replying. What can I do.
