I sold shoes to buyer. It was absolutely new,with all tags shoes,without any defects. But buyer open case and shows pictures of some old shoes,the same color,same model-only used long time,with dirty soles,without tags. It’s not my shoes. I packed my shoes before sending myself. How I can proof it’s not my shoes? Why Pay pal blocked my money,trust buyer and not trusted me? What can I do,when buyer returned me different,not mine shoes? Thanks
I am sorry to hear that the buyer has opened a claim. In this case, it would be best to let us know that you did not send the shoes that the buyer is showing. If you would still have a receipt or something like that you can add this to the case as well. The most important thing is to contact us so that we are aware of the situation and investigate this further.
