So there is this guy to whom i had sold a course and sent it to him. I sent the course and he recieved it and now after 5 days he has studied l opened a dispute against me claiming that he received a damaged product and when i opened the case and won it, he has now changed to the topic that he never recieved it. For the proof , all i have is the screenshot of the course that i had sent to his email which is same as registered with his PayPal... Isn't it a fraud when you sell someone and don't even get the money..... Need your help guys
