An eBay Buyer who has purchased an item from me is using threats and defamatory statements to try and achieve a refund. She did not raise any query until after winning the bid and paid through PayPal. At this point a legal transaction and contract is in place. I am attempting to hold the Buyer to this and this has produced a storm of abusive and threatening emails and she has opened an eBay case. No problems with this. I have followed eBay procedures fully. However, from forums on eBay and elsewhere..it seems that eBay generally
takes the Buyer's side and Sellers have ZERO protection in the matter.
