Think I'm being scammed by a buyer.

I sold my previous phone to a buyer, using the invoice system, not friends and family. He's been messaging me constantly saying he's not happy cause the battery isn't to new performance and now he's messaged asking me for money. I'm concerned hes scamming me and he's going to ask for a refund and end up with the money back and the phone even though it's as described. Any advice?

If he wins a dispute for item received but not as described then normally he has to return the phone back to you (trackable to prove delivery) before you have to refund.

So make sure you put as much info as possible on any dispute he raises in 'messages to buyer' before he escalates it to a claim as paypal will read those messages.
