The buyer has raised a claim against the product i shipped, I have had no further communication with the buyer and they will not respond to email, call's,txt.
The end date of the claim is tomorrow, Why do i have to provide a return address when i dispute the buyers claim to move forward?
Thanks in advance
J

If paypal have found in favour of the buyer then you have to accept a return / refund.
If you don't then the buyer will get to keep the item AND have their refund.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
