He received a refund and I did not even notice that the case was over no explanation. I am sorry about what happened to you. As far as I know, before paypal takes action in the form of a refund, paypal always contacts the seller/buyer via email. If you are using paypal and you have an unfinished dispute or sale or purchase. You should check email frequently. So if that any happened you able to respond properly.
