I have sold what I thought a real Gucci shirt for someone (my brothers top, I was just selling it for him) The person received it and wanted a refund as she thought it was fake, I had no idea because 1. It wasn’t my top and 2. My brother had told me it was real. He paid that much so I just assumed it was real, she told me she wanted a refund so I sent her the money through PayPal but she lodged a return through PayPal and now it’s saying my amount is negative. I have already paid her back, please help

Did you use the 'refund' option or did you 'send' her a refund.
Secondly if she opened a dispute and won paypal would not have expected you to refund until the buyer had returned the item back to you at her own expense UNLESS she could provide proof the item was fake.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
